2. Services Provided

I specialize in planning and booking Disney vacations, including but not limited to:

• Walt Disney World® Resort packages

• Disney Cruise Line® sailings
   

I act as an independent travel advisor and am not directly affiliated with The Walt Disney Company.
 

3. Booking & Payments
 

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is made.

• Deposits and final payment deadlines vary based on the travel supplier’s terms.

• Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of deposits.
   

4. Cancellations & Refunds
 

• Cancellation policies depend on Disney’s terms and those of any third-party suppliers.

• Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed per the supplier’s policies.

• Service fees for planning and booking assistance may be non-refundable.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
   

5. Travel Documentation & Responsibility

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and identification for their trip.

• I am not liable for any denied boarding, entry refusals, or missed experiences due to improper documentation.
   

6. Changes & Modifications
 

• Any requested changes to an itinerary after booking are subject to availability and potential fees.

• If Disney or another supplier modifies your reservation (e.g., itinerary changes, closures), I will assist in securing alternatives but am not responsible for these modifications.
   

7. Liability Disclaimer

• I am not responsible for any loss, injury, delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond my control.

• I act as an agent for Disney and other suppliers, and their terms and conditions apply to your booking.

• Guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of travel, including those related to health and safety.
   

8. COVID-19 & Health Policies

• Guests must comply with Disney’s health and safety policies, which may include mask mandates, vaccine/testing requirements, or other regulations.

• I am not liable for trip disruptions due to government regulations, health protocols, or personal circumstances.
   

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Audra Claire Boyd unless otherwise stated.
